All orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Canada and are processed Monday- Friday (excluding stat holidays). We try our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible, however please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order before shipping.

Please note. US orders over $800 USD and all international orders are subject to duties/customs. (For US orders over $800 USD, we recommend splitting your order into two separate transactions).

If you want to return an item, please email us within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you do your best when trying on items with care. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smells.

BRA BAND MEASUREMENT GUIDE
HOW TO MEASURE
- Using a soft measuring tape, measure all around your rib cage, right under your bust.
- Note. The measuring tape should be snug.
- Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
- Add four if the measurement is even and add five if the number is odd.
- For example, if you measured 34 inches, your band size would be 38; if you measured 27 inches, your band size would be 32.
