Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESS

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada and are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During major sale periods, allow 5–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Because orders move quickly through our system, we’re unable to make changes, edit addresses, or apply discount codes after checkout.

CUT-OFF TIMES

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends ship the following business day.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

U.S. ORDERS

Express shipping is sent via DHL Express (1–2 business days once shipped).

All duties and import fees are already included in our prices.
The total shown at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.
Your order will arrive with no additional charges at delivery.

CANADIAN ORDERS

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post Expedited (1–7 business days).
Ontario and Quebec typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

There are no duties or customs fees for Canadian deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE USA & CANADA)

International orders ship via DHL Express (1–5 business days once shipped).

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and must be paid upon import.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused packages incur return shipping costs, which are deducted from any store credit.
