COVID-19 & Holiday Season

How will my order be affected?

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the high volume of orders during the busy holiday season, new releases and restock days, please allow 1-5 business days to process your order and expect delays in email responses. We will continue to try our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification that your order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING TIMES

Our shipping partners DHL and Canada Post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing and increased parcel volumes because of COVID-19 and the holiday season. Shipping is typically 1-3 business days for US and Canadian orders, and 1-5 business days for International orders.

Please expect possible shipping delays.

How does your clothing fit?

The majority of our pieces are made in our signature double layered fabric which is made for a fitted look. Read more about our fabric here.

Please note, all our garments are specially dyed in small batches. Colors may vary from batch to batch. 

Is your clothing ethically made?

Our pieces are hand-made by fairly paid workers who work in a clean and safe environment, as well as receive full benefits. We are proud to work with a reputable manufacturer whose core values and business practices are closely aligned with RE ONA. 

Why are your items sold out so quickly? Do you restock?

We consciously produce in small batches to avoid over mass-production and to eliminate waste.

Please signup on the product page of the specific item to be notified when the item is back in stock. 

Do you have any recommendations for what kind of underwear to wear under your pieces?

Yes, we'd recommend to wear seamless skin tone underwear to avoid and VPL (Visible Panty Lines).

Can I make changes to my order after it has been successfully placed?

Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed and processed.

Also, please note, once an order has been placed we are unable to apply any discount codes retroactively.
